Post-initial meeting and prior to commencing brochure project, we will provide you a detailed quote with cost breakdown and estimated timeline on design delivery. We value customer satisfaction, thus we will start working on the project only after your approval.
In the initial stages our creative team will contact you in order to understand the basic requirements of the brochure. Firstly, the specifications will be established with a clear framework. We will assist you on the content writing, the various sections, pages and the flow of information.
We will provide you the live link and/or as PDF for viewing and discussions. All comments and editing requests can be addressed via. email or phone. We will modify the design to your satisfaction. No additional cost will be levied to you for initial revisions and will be covered as part of our services.
We have an extensive image library to support customer requirements. We purchase image for you in case, a requested image is outside our library. We will request for your approval w.r.t the image and cost associated with the image.
Definitely, if the website is having a high resolution image. Generally, images on website are of low resolutions and will break-up into pixels on a brochure. We will try to use the image and take a call on the quality.
Payments can be made by online transaction through bank transfer or card transactions. We are flexible and accept available fund transfer methods.
The customers have to pay 50% of the total costs at the initial stage of the work. Balance amount will be payable on approval of the design and prior to handover of files and/or printing.
